Founded in 2002 by Chrissy Johnston – a former journalist and magazine editor with over 12 years’ experience dealing primarily with showbiz stories and celebrity interviews on some of the UK’s leading tabloids and magazines – Chrissy knows the media World inside out. Not only does she have an excellent working relationship with the UK press, she also holds an enviable list of contacts within the showbiz, television and film industries, too. Chrissy’s reputation as a talent agent and manager is very well respected. 

In 2006, Chrissy created a separate publicity/PR division called Intrigue PR. She welcomed TV star and former Big Brother contestant Spencer Smith aboard the team as the Head Of PR – confident that his own TV and media experience as a ‘celebrity/reality star’ would hugely benefit the agency’s understanding of their celebrity clients’ needs. The only UK celebrity agency fronted by a female and former reality TV star, Intrigue Management keeps its client roster fairly small to ensure that plenty of support and time is dedicated to each client.
